- Does ReturnSignal file claims or recover money for me?
- No. ReturnSignal organizes your returns and builds the evidence packet. You submit it yourself through Seller Central. We never touch your money and never take a percentage of anything.
- What Amazon data do you import?
- Orders, order items, refunds, return identifiers and statuses, return reasons, tracking and fulfillment channel. Records are matched on Amazon Order ID plus order-item ID — never on SKU alone.
- Do I paste my Seller Central password anywhere?
- Never. You authorize through Amazon's own OAuth flow, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
- Can warehouse staff use it on a phone?
- Yes. The inspection flow is built for a phone at the receiving dock: scan the QR code to open a return, and the photos stay on the device while the processor works, uploading together when they hit Done. Large targets, an obvious completion state, and Save as draft if they need to stop partway.
- Is there a limit on returns or users?
- No. Both plans include unlimited returns, unlimited evidence files and unlimited team members with Account Owner, Returns Manager, Processor and Read-only roles.
